We’ve been to BBEVS a few times now. All the vets are super sweet and very knowledgeable on all types of creatures. I’m really impressed with how gentle they handle the animals— even when they had to get into my carpet python’s mouth for a swab 😅. Also, great reception and clear communication.

I’ve brought wildlife to this clinic a few times and the team there are just amazing. Everyone is so kind and you can really tell they genuinely care about the animals. Even if it doesn’t have a happy ending, I always know the animals are treated with love and compassion. Can’t thank them enough for what they do. There is real love & care at this clinic 💕

I visited BBEVS for the first time yesterday for a general health check up on my reptile. The team were super kind, friendly and helpful. My appointment was with Dr Jess Anderson and she was so friendly and helpful with everything! I would strongly recommend this clinic if you are looking for an exotics vet, as they are in a great location with a private car park and the staff are fantastic!

Every member of BBEVS staff whom I've encountered is kind, knowledgeable and empathetic and the atmosphere is supportive and caring. I've had successful treatment of my pet hens and guinea pigs as well as very generous help for numerous sick or injured wildlife over many years. 100% recommended.

The team at BBEVS are the absolute best! Their knowledge, support and care is amazing. I have taken all of our guinea pigs to BBEVS from day one and will continue to do so. I trust them implicitly with our animals. If you love your pets and have guineas, birds, snakes, other reptiles and or fish, and you need expert care, please take them to BBEVS.
