Jack and his team delivered a great tidy and update of our backyard. Jack is resourceful and has necessary contacts, tools, and equipments to complete requests. He is prompt and thorough with communication and honest with pricing. There were no hidden costs, invoicing was clear, and if anything required more payment, he alerted this to us. Everyone that came to work for us were all courteous and friendly people, and always left making our place tidy. Thanks for all your hard work in this hot weather!

We would highly recommend Jack and his team for any of your landscaping needs. Our garden was in desperate need of a refresh. He has great ideas and is very willing to listen and adapt to your needs. No job is too big or small; from fixing broken tiles, replanting, laying new turf and edging gardens. He and his team take great pride in their work.

I can't recommend Jack and the crew at Brisbane City Landscapes highly enough! We recently had our front and back landscaped by them, and during every step of the process - from quoting to completion - they were courteous, professional, punctual and communicative. I found dealing with Jack really easy - he is keen to make his clients' visions come to life and clearly enjoys his job. I can also say the same for his crew Tayne, Thomas and Darren. When once or twice we asked for something to be changed during the job, it was done without hassle. The guys were genuinely friendly and respectful, always keen for a chat, and worked amazingly well in 35 degree heat and rain. My husband and I were extremely happy with the finished job - it exceeded our expectations and our house now feels like a home :) We wouldn't hesitate to use Brisbane City Landscapes again!!

Jack and his team are amazing! They transformed our front yard from a wild bushland with “stairs of death” made from rocks to a beautiful contemporary landscape. I had a vision and they made it come to life! Brisbane City Landscapes is a professional company, with a very experienced team who pay attention to detail, are friendly and have excellent communication, and their customer service is outstanding. Jack and the team worked exceptionally well under extremely hot and humid conditions and, with multiple trades on site, it could have been a logistical nightmare, but the transition ran like clockwork and the work was completed on time. Jack kept us informed of every aspect of the job and went above and beyond to make it a beautiful space. Our front garden now looks amazing! I would highly recommend Brisbane City Landscapes and I would love to give them 10 stars!

The front was gloomy, muddy, and ugly. Jack came out and gave an honest quote with realistic expectations. He worked around my needs, budget, and pedantic worrying. The team was professional, and smashed out the job despite discovering a half day of plumbing problems the previous owners had created. (Who runs the water main directly into a garden faucet mounted onto a rotten fence paling, not even a post?!?! Not to mention drainage and sewerage issues discovered as well.) They even corrected my mistake when I calculated the number of pavers incorrectly, and turned it into something better than envisioned. They finished on time and on budget. I absolutely would use them again.
