I called 12 "after hours" electricians at 6am and these guys were the only one to even answer the phone. They had someone out within 2 hours who was excellent, efficient and solved our issue for a good price. Very happy!

Ramzi took the call and went above and beyond to help. He patiently talked me through a number of possible causes, explaining everything clearly and calmly so I could understand what was happening. He never rushed the conversation and made sure I felt confident at each step. What really stood out was how committed he was to finding a solution over the phone, even though it would have been easier to just book a call-out.
