Dr Zac performed a CO2 laser procedure on me and completely botched it. Therefore he offered to complete another treatment free of charge. After cancelling two following procedures (of which I took off two weeks of work, unpaid each time—for post surgery recovery). In the third rescheduled appointment HE DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO SHOW UP FOR THE PROCEDURE!!! He left me and six other patients waiting for over two hours. I was so furious and distrusting by then, that I asked for my money back. They refused to give it to me. They KEPT/STOLE $6000 of my money!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I have been a regular client of Brisbane skin and laser for years at least 9 years now a loyal customer who also had brought many customers to the clinic ,Over one year ago issues started I had an appt for filler booked weeks in advance they call me 20 mins prior to say there injector was underqualified to preform the treatment unsure why it took them until I was on my way to let me know so I was left strandard before a wedding I forgave as I thought it would get better fast forward to a year on and all my trusted therapists have left there is yet again no injector on staff I havnt got filler in over a year because they didn’t have a regular injector that could do it or I trusted I booked a package of 3 needling and one peel I used one needling before I knew the clinic girls were all leaving! The peel I had to rush in and use yesterday before the last girl I see left which I didn’t want to but I will just have to deal with looking flakey and gross when I go out instead of waiting a few more months for it to be cold and winter time as the girls will be gone I asked if I could get a refund on my needling as they are selling the girls are gone and I have years ago experience damage from skin needling done in unqualified hands they have told me I can swap for something else I can’t swap for Botox or filler as there is still no nurse I asked the owner to contact me nicely he doesn’t care he’s selling!I spoke to a lovely lady but she only has as much pull as the owner lets her obviously I don’t want to risk a peel or something with different clinic or get cancelled on or have new workers seeing me when asked to swap I asked if I could swap for a newer treatment at least it would feel like they valued customers who have supported them for years but they will do dollar for dollar which doesn’t change the issue of them selling and my regular therapists leaving there clinic! The issue is I don’t want to risk damaging my skin with new therapists and wanted my money back or to swap like they said I could for something a little better I would always have money on my account or treatments on my account but for the last year it’s gone down hill I wanted to feel like they actually value there loyal customers but I feel disheartened they have gone oh well everyone’s leaving let’s sell and can’t even offer a refund or different treatment that wouldn’t cost them much out of pocket at all it just makes me think all those years bringing them business and supporting them the customers were nothing to them it’s very sad. They really were a great clinic for years I’ve been let down by them and the owner clearly only cares about getting he last or the money from his loyal customers before he ups and sells a few of The clinics. Part two: a gf i reccomend to go to the clinic called two days ago as they had money on file in store to ask to get some Botox they had no injector and I had reccomended her so she had to spend more of her money at a different clinic to get her Botox leaving her out of pocket making me feel more silly for being a loyal customer and getting nothing offered to me to make me feel like they truely care. Part three: mother in law runs last week to get injections than rung me saying she needed them done and where should she go as her regular therapist for the last 2 years couldn’t do them! Which she found disappointing so I yet again looked silly for recommending this now unprofessional clinic People trust there injectors and therapists we’ve all seen or god forbid had horror stories happen going to another clinic you don’t know is risky or waiting if your hiding the botox you get and your lines and movement start coming back are a giveaway that your having a little help in the aging department! The owner just shows that it’s about making money not the business name anymore Sincerely Julie a loyal customer for 9 + years ******* I’m talking about the correct clinic and same owner. Springfield and east Brisbane ownership and currently Redcliffe are the one who has let down his loyal customers.

Bought a package with them for 8 sessions, paid upfront with the Windsor clinic, unfortunately that clinic was sold and they had to change my appointments to the East Brisbane clinic, I had an appointment for 10am and I arrived 10:06am and they said that they had to reschedule to another day, I drove 43 minutes from the Northside to get to their clinic, totally unprofessional and I don’t recommend anyone to use this clinic, they were empty with no one in their establishment, plus they open at 10am, which doesn’t make any sense to not get your first customer at 10:06am, this is just ridiculous, I see the reason why they do that it’s because you have bought the package previously and they already had they money upfront, so, now they can do whatever they want, I don’t recommend anyone to buy package, just negotiate prices as you go, otherwise you will pushed away if they needed. I will get back to do with Laser Clinics where I was before, way better service, prices and people.

I had a great experience with BS&L at East Brisbane. The staff was friendly and professional and the clinic was spotless. More importantly, my therapist took her time to do a proper and thorough job. Would recommend this business to everyone. Thanks However, today (20/12/24) was my second visit to this store and I had a poor and terrible experience after dealing with one of the clinicians that work there (K___). She was unprofessional, condescending and petronasing. For example when I asked her if she covered a specific area of my neck she replied saying "I'm not gonna answer that" and "no I missed all that" replying to me in a sarcastic and condescending way. Lastly she rushed me off and literally took 3min to do both the front of my neck and my underarms which left me feeling unsatisfied and like an unwanted client. I'd like to remind the manager of this business that your staff are in the people business and people deserve to be treated with respect and integrity. Lastly both of your services (neck and underarm) are advertised on your website as 15min treatment each and not 1.5min. A wise men once told me..."you're just as good as the way you treat other people"... Thanks

My initial experiences with this clinic were positive however a subsequent visit was anything but. The poor experience was due to the clinician, on my last visits I was advised that the injectables treatment I had received in the past would not be able to treat my frown lines and recommended the use of filler instead. This was at odds with advice from previous clinicians at the business and not a procedure I felt comfortable with. Thankfully I did not proceed down this path and have since been informed that the use of fillers around the brow is considered highly dangerous.
