Recently started lessons with A2B and have had nothing but an excellent experience so far. Karen was very helpful in responding to my enquiry and helping me find an instructor and lesson that worked for me. My first lesson with Chris was great, he is an amazing teacher and lives up to the reviews you read on here, incredibly friendly and explains everything in a clear and easy to understand way. Also very accommodating with busy schedules which is great. Looking forward to the rest of my lessons - can't recommend enough so far.

I was very nervous when I started driving just over a year ago, but after many lessons with Chris who patiently helped me through my nerves, I have passed my driving test at Avonmouth first time with only 2 minors, something that year ago me didn't think was possible! Though I unfortunately was not able to take my test in Chris' car due to scheduling issues, I had been taught all the skills I needed to quickly get used to a very different car and had the confidence that I would be able to handle any difficult moments during the test. I really enjoyed our lessons, finding Chris very easy to chat to and he was always accommodating with my busy uni schedule. I appreciated the time he took teaching me how to navigate the test routes and I think his pass rate speaks for itself. Would definitely recommend both him and A2B Driving School!

I have been driving with Chris for the past few months and have so far had a really excellent experience. I had some lessons 10 years ago with a different driving school and was very anxious about starting again as I didn't have the best experience before, but Chris has been incredibly patient, friendly, genuine and warm, as well as a really good teacher. Lessons are structured, informed and well-organised. He helps students build confidence with feedback and encouragement, and explains the reason and rationale behind everything. In only a few months I feel much more confident, and am starting to really enjoy driving and look forward to being able to drive independently. Thank you A2B Driving School, would definitely recommend.

After taking lessons with Chris at A2B I am very happy to post that I passed my driving test first time on 31st October with no faults at Avonmouth test centre! I don't think this would have been possible without Chris's patient and friendly approach to teaching. He often goes out of his way to help students where he can - one of many examples being agreeing to meet me extra early outside of his lesson hours (06:30am) on my test date so we could have a thorough lesson before my 08:20am test slot. It took me several years to be able to have driving lessons by which time I was very nervous at the prospect of driving but with Chris's help I have become a confident driver. My partner learnt to drive and passed their test first time with Chris also, so when I had the opportunity to learn my first port of call was A2B and Chris. Being able to drive independently is actually life changing for me and I cannot thank Chris enough for helping me on this journey. I will also be taking the Pass Plus course with him soon. If anyone is looking for a friendly, professional and highly experienced qualified driving instructor I would highly recommend Chris and A2B Driving School!
