Dishonest, rude, deceptive, unprofessional and uncaring. Would strongly recommend against using this person (s) as my experience was negative in every aspect and I left with a console more damaged than when I brought it in, and out of pocket. To summarise - I had a PSP with joystick drift and after dropping it off at their doorstep the only communication I had was abrupt unpolite messages over text. After two weeks I returned to be told they couldn't fix the issue and I had to pay 50% of the quote for "attempted repair". Out of power (intentionally I'm sure), I returned home to charge the PSP and the joystick is now totally inoperable whereas before it had just a slight drift. After explaining my dissatisfaction with their service they (Keith) replied "Ok." This isn't a business, just a couple uncaring individuals.

Great service, very friendly. I first took my Xbox into a mobile repair store who said they fix consoles and they couldn’t fix it. Then took it here and they solved the issue no problems. Even went the extra mile to help set up specific settings for my tv. Highly recommend!
