We've had very good experience at cribs causeway. Everyone was friendly and attentive but not pushy. What could have been a tiring and dreadful task (choosing table on busy Saturday, in a middle of January sales) turned out to be quick and pleasant. We were looked after and guided by Ernesto, competent and pleasure to talk to. We've left the shop with smiles on our faces and now just waiting for the delivery. Thank you Ernesto.

John was friendly, helpful and not too pushy. He moved the Melvin sofa around for us so we could see what configuration would work best for us and also notified us of the same sofa but with a chaise on so we could make an informed decision. He made the experience very enjoyable and easy. He’s a great asset to the store. Thank you John we are so pleased with our purchase!

Went into store after looking online for hours getting more and more confused. Chloe was really helpful, she listened to my measurements and the idea I had for my office. She recommended the Original Rustic. Can’t wait for delivery on the 7th August. It was available sooner but you pick the date when you order and that worked better for me.
