Alex and Jack were absolutely wonderful. They helped us choose the perfect mattress and bed, and their kindness made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcome, especially when they switched to Spanish to make us feel even more comfortable. Excellent service from start to finish.

We had been looking for a bed for a while now in Bristol with several shops and just decided to have a quick look at NCF. We met Darryl and explained our requirements and he narrowed down the selection to exactly what we were looking for. We got an absolute bargain knowing the prices of typical King Size Beds. The store was also accomodating to our delivery requirements. Highly recommended!
