MP plumbing have been fantastic. Very easy to book and good contact from the office and engineer. Was able to get a visit planned quickly compared to other companies. Engineer was on time, giving good updates so I didn't have to be blocked at home all day waiting 🙂. They were very friendly and respectful of the house. Identified the issue very quickly and had the parts to repair immediately. Good pricing, everything made clear before starting so no bad surprises. Will recommend and book again for any issues down the line.

Excellent service from MP Plumbing. Highly recommend. Excellent communications from Stuart. Online booking process was easy to use. I contacted them on a Sunday and received a reply straight away. I booked this company to remove an old bath and instal a new,more modern model. Stuart was very helpful in arranging a suitable date and Darren came along to give an estimate which I received later that day. I ordered the new bath and fittings from an outside supplier and Stuart arranged for Darren to come along and do the fitting. Darren was a very helpful and courteous guy keeping me informed at every stage. My only concern was that the existing tiles might get broken leading to more expense. No problem! Darren did his utmost to prevent this from happening which was no easy task and he managed to remove the old bath without any damage. When the new bath was fitted Darren fitted the shower panel and did a fantastic job fitting a white plastic insert where there was a gap from the old bath and gave a leak free treatment of mastic round the whole area. The finished job is a credit to Darren and MP Plumbing and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I recently used MP Plumbing to instal a complete new toilet system and re-tile surrounding area. The team provided a competitive quote, delivered great work, and were a real pleasure to deal with throughout. There was a small issue with the installation, but what really stood out was how quickly and willingly they came back to put things right. No fuss, no excuses, just a team that clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Credit to Stuart for staying calm, professional, and genuinely helpful, even when I had a few extra requests! It’s rare to find a company that values customer satisfaction as much as these guys do. Highly recommended.

Couldn't fault the service I've had from these guys. Consistently prompt, friendly and knowledgeable, MP Plumbing have made my haphazard bathroom revamp smooth and sound, by sending Mike to every job and responding to my queries quickly. Installed shower, bowl sink and radiator. Any issues were quickly resolved. When other Bristol plumbing services were unresponsive and overly expensive, MP Plumbing came through every time. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10 service, thank you so much! Love my new bathroom 🥰 Mike was brill!
