Where do I even begin with Brit Rose? I walked in with zero expectations — honestly, I looked a little rough that day and figured I’d be ignored. Instead, I was greeted immediately with warmth and zero judgment. That alone shocked me in the best way. I wasn’t even planning to shop. My husband was running an errand next door, so I wandered in to pass the time. I mentioned our honeymoon and casually admitted how picky I am about clothes. For context: I own maybe four shirts, three sweatshirts, and one dress. I am not a girlie girl, so I assumed nothing in the store would be “me.” I was completely wrong. I ended up finding a maxi dress and a pair of gym shorts that I genuinely loved — things I never expected to pick out for myself. But the real standout was the staff. The woman working made me feel like an absolute queen. I’ve been dealing with some personal things that make me shy and hesitant to talk to people, yet she made me feel comfortable, seen, and welcomed. Shopping here felt borderline therapeutic. I left feeling lighter, happier, and so glad I decided to step inside. I can’t wait to go back.
