I just tried to reserve tickets for 2021-22 using the mini package offer. The booking agent had no clue how to process this. Now I have to go downtown physically and find the help I need. Not easy at all.

Great place to enjoy broadway shows. Easily accessible and probably not quite as crowded as SF theaters.
Honestly, one of my favorite places to see a broadway show in the bay area. While most people would say to go to a theater in San Francisco like the Orpheum, Broadway San Jose has much more comfortable seating and at least for someone living in the south bay is much more convenient to get to. With ample nearby parking and VTA Light Rail only 1 block away, this is an easy night out. It also helps that their prices are far cheaper than SHN theaters in San Fran.
