Horrible experience with Ron. Do not trust this company to do your taxes. They made a mistake with our 2020 taxes and they still have not resolved it to this day. Every time we follow up we either don’t hear anything or he would say that he’s called but haven’t heard back. It’s been 4 years and he just continues to drop the ball unless we are reminding him on a weekly basis. I wrote a negative review back 2 years ago and he agreed to resolve this if we take the review down. I took down the review at the time to give him a chance but nothing has changed and nothing has been done.

He reached out to IRS / New York State until he was able to speak with someone who was able to understand the problem. With Nick‘s help, they corrected the problem immediately on the phone. We have been using Broadway tax professionals for many years for our IRS returns. They are reasonably priced and a great value for the service rendered. They have always done a great job and are truly reliable. This last issue we had was proof of dedication, reliability and great CUSTOMER SERVICE! Matthew and Xavier were amazing in helping me to resolve present and previous tax return issues. I’m completely grateful for them taking the time to go through all my tax returns in order to not only resolve the issues, but get me back more money. You shouldn’t hesitate to do business with them for sure. Moving forward I will definitely continue to have them do my tax returns and reach out if I have any financial/accounting questions through the year.

I've been using Sidney Kaufman for several years for my tax preparation. They are knowledgeable, thorough, efficient & highly professional. They're so good that I have recommended them to several friends and family. Much of this is due to Mary Cintron, who has taken such good care of me, especially when I am in a panic. In the past, I have has issues with filing taxes late or minor issue with the government (thinking I owed them money that was already paid). Mary has always been responsive to inquiries and has held my hand to ensure that everything will be handled. I highly recommend them.
