i had such an amazing experience at broken coffee! the customer service was truly on point. iris took my order, and she was incredibly efficient, kind, and just genuinely pleasant to talk to. she definitely made my night! chris made my drink, and he nailed it. i got a maple vanilla latte with their signature cream, and it was delicious. chris was also kind enough to let me know about their third location on fort apache and tropicana and how spacious it is, which is something i’ll check out when i want to go study! if you stop by, i highly recommend ordering what i did :) this location (in cheongdam hall) gets bonus points for being open late!

If you’re nearby, make sure to try this place. The coffee is the best in the area, and the owner personally bakes all the cookies. Definitely worth a visit.

This place is located inside the Cheongdam Food Hall. The coffee shop is accompanied by 7 more food place. I had one of the Broken Signature Cream Latte. The latte was good and creamy with espresso sprinkled on the top all though they seemed to have put a lot of ice in the latte. I ordered two home made dessert cookies. I ordered the Matcha Cookie and the Cookies and Cream. The Matcha Cookie was soft and had a matcha ganache in the middle of the cookie. The cookie had the perfect amount of sweetness according to me. Infact was not to sweet at all. So I would definitely recommend it. The second one cookie I got was the Cookies and a cream cookie. This cookie was not too sweet as well and the cookies had the cream filling in the middle of the cookie which was sweet and salty. They have a lot of other cookies which are seasonal. So the place might always surprise you with something new.

Broken Coffee is this cute little bistro located right in front of the Cheongdam Food Hall. Their menu offers a variety of Artisan items ranging from teas, coffees, to hand-made desserts. We decided to order one of their Broken Cream Matcha Latte and the Broken Cream Strawberry Latte. The drinks were ready in about 15 minutes and they were presented so beautifully. Both of our drinks were very tasty and flavorful, but we drank them so fast because there was too much ice in our cups. Next time I’ll see if there’s an option to get less ice in their drinks or if it’s considered an upcharge.

Broken Cream Strawberry Latte was refreshing and Cream Cheese Danish roll 🥯 was very good. The place is very nice and clean and the staff were friendly and served my order fast. Cant wait to go back to try out the matcha latte.
