There was a leak with my toilet and they said they will move the toilet and fix what’s inside and then seal it. Instead they did not move the toilet to check what’s going on inside and just put seals on the edges. The toilet is still leaking. I was charged $420 for this. I called to ask them to come back and they never showed up to the time they said they would and never answered my messages and calls,

I can only say awesome things about my experience with Brooklyn Handyman: perfect score, automatic 5-stars!!!! My bathtub is no longer clogging and they even installed a trinket in the bathtub to prevent hair from falling in again! Makes it easier for me to clean and take preventive measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Will hire again without a doubt!!! The world needs more of Brooklyn Handyman!!
