Very professional and sanitary atmosphere. My brows came out perfect. I have been to a few other locations over the years but none compare to Brow City. I definitely plan on making Brow City my “go to” for now on. I’m glad I decided to stop by😍😍

I went to browcity 10/3 & I want to start off by saying I love the way my eyebrows look! Great shaping. However, there was definitely a bit of hair still left over once leaving and the lady left a burn right under my left brow. I felt the extra tugging when I was seated but figured it was a stubborn hair. Few hours later the redness and discomfort showed. Don’t know if I’ll come back as I’m trying to find the perfect place & definitely can’t afford another burn! Sweet ladies though.

A very small and cozy boutique that saved my eyebrows today! - The place is clean, bright and cozy. They welcome you in and service is very fast but attentive. My eyebrows were like a month due and the lady who took care of me was very attentive to details.

I usually love how my eyebrows end up looking but this last time I was so disappointed. I told my boyfriend about this place and we decided to get them done for the holidays... biggest mistake.! The lady who did our eyebrows completely rushed while doing them and she ended up spending about 5 min or less on us. She shaped my boyfriend's eyebrows unevenly! One eyebrow is round and the other one is squared off. For me, she ended up taking too much hair out of the inner corner of my eyebrow.
