Came on my birthday 12/17/25 @12:00pm and the lights were off and doors locked. The sign says they opened 11am. I called the store 3x & I waited over an hour to see if they would open and still nothing! Being that this is our first and only black owned book store in Decatur I was excited to support. Very disappointed!

This was my first visit and I only wish I'd known about this bookstore sooner. What a treat! Literally and figuratively! Hurry! It's not too late to grab a good read for the snuggly season!

That store people work there are very friendly and smoothies are soooo good! Next time I will bring my wife there to try also I want to buy some books to read. I love to read historical books.

Such a cute little book store! And they even have food. Relax. Take a few minutes and browse their shelves. You are sure to find something you’ll enjoy. Also, very friendly people work here!
