Luke did a fantastic job removing an unused radiator. Very meticulous and skilled. Happy with the work done. I did have to work much harder than I felt I should have to get the initial estimate completed (not Luke) and I feel what I ended up paying was 50% higher than it should have been. $2900 for 8 hours of labor and no new parts seems very over priced.

Brown Brothers did an excellent job repairing our pipe that the previous homeowner had done some DIY work on. They were diligent, friendly, got the job done, charged us fairly and gave us a write up in case we needed it to dispute a water bill. Would definitely hire them again and appreciate them!

Techs came to our home and diagnosed an issue with our HVAC system 2 weeks ago. I've left multiple messages for Brad, the superintendent that handles HVAC and still no response. For a company that has been in business this long, I would expect better communication. I do not recommend this company for HVAC, if Brad is the only person that can help.
