I’ve been to many different chiropractors but Dr. Brown is absolutely amazing. 10/10 would be back again for more treatments.

I had a very negative experience at Dr. Brown Chiropractic in Wichita. During a dry needling session, I felt sharp, shooting pains down my leg — not just mild discomfort, but strong nerve-like “zingers.” Instead of adjusting or stopping, the provider brushed it off as “normal” and continued until I insisted she stop. This was unlike my previous dry needling experiences elsewhere, where providers were always careful to avoid nerve pain. To make matters worse, she called me “kiddo.” I am a 41-year-old Captain for a major airline — being addressed that way came across as dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional. I left the appointment unsettled by the lack of care and concern. ****** I’ve read the office’s response. I respect Dr. Brown’s credentials, but my concern was never about her training — it was about how my pain was handled. I knew there could be discomfort, but what I experienced were repeated sharp, nerve-like shocks. When I voiced this, the procedure wasn’t paused or adjusted. That is what left me feeling dismissed. No other provider has ever handled it like that. Regarding being called “kiddo,” I understand they say it was meant as endearing. But in a medical setting, it came across as unprofessional and condescending. My date of birth is in my patient chart, so my age was not unknown. I wasn’t looking for compliments about my career or appearance — only to be treated with respect and care as a patient. I stand by my rating because this visit left me feeling unsafe and unheard. I hope future patients have a different experience.

Dr. Brown is helpful, listens to what her patients have to say, and abides by honest practices. Quick in and out after thorough care. I had the opposite experience at a local chain practice. Highly recommend Dr. brown.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Brown and highly recommend her to anyone seeking chiropractic care. From the moment I walked into her office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Brown takes the time to listen to my concerns, and her approach is both thorough and gentle. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate chiropractor, Dr. Brown is definitely the one to see!

Since going to Dr. Brown we have been super pleased with the treatments and service. We recently had to step back for a few weeks due to personal reasons and just started going back. She is such a sweet personality and can really straighten my back up. If anyone is looking for a new Chiropractor this is the person you need to go to. Her staff is wonderful and they have a massage person, I haven't ever had a massage but heard she is super.
