I recently visited for a sick visit and saw Nicole. She was great. We weren’t even out the door of our room and the next set of patients were coming in our room and it hadn’t even been cleaned. I paused and let the whole office know- we barely left and the room hadn’t been wiped down yet and my son was sick. If we have to be in a mask, cleaning rooms between patients should be common sense and high priority! Everyone looked completely confused and didn’t say a word. As I’m explaining this, my son wandered off, tripped on a random stool that was in the hallways and hurt his shin. He said he needed a bandaid even though he didn’t. I told him he needed to wait for me, and needed to be careful walking, watching where he was going. Dr. Lange proceeded to turn around and rudely say, “how about he doesn’t walk with his tablet his hands?” This woman doesn’t know that the tablet calms my child with ASD, and that we just left an appointment that was stressful for him. Obviously he shouldn’t walk while playing on his tablet, but she was beyond rude and should keep her unnecessary comments to herself. As a doctor, she should learn some tact.
Finding a pediatrician for your first baby can be stressful, but we were fortunate to find Dr. Stone. She has been excellent — thorough, caring, and wonderful with our daughter. I would recommend her to any friends or family looking for a pediatrician. Dr. Stone always puts our worries at ease and takes the time to listen and explain everything in detail. Talking with her feels like chatting with a friend — one who just happens to be an incredibly smart and knowledgeable pediatrician! We’re so grateful for her care and truly appreciate all that she does.
All of the doctors at this practice are wonderful and caring professionals. We see Dr Rodriguez and she is just so personable, professional and knowledgeable. My children both love her and enjoy seeing her. I always leave our appointments feeling more informed and always heard/validated.
Extremely disappointed with this place. I scheduled an appointment for my healthy 4-month-old son, and they denied us service simply because he is not vaccinated. He is thriving, breastfed, and well cared for, yet instead of offering real support or medical care, they turned us away based on policy. Pediatricians are supposed to care for all children, not push a one-size-fits-all agenda. This felt more like a business move than genuine healthcare. Shameful and unprofessional.
As first time parents, we were so fortunate to have Dr. Stone as our child’s doctor. She is brilliant, kind and genuinely caring. Our child being a pre-term baby, first few weeks gave us a few anxious moments, but thanks to Dr. Stone’s constant care, we felt at ease. She never rushes you, is always thorough with her examinations, takes the time to explain everything and is very transparent. We are very grateful. We also love everyone at the front office. They are all very nice and polite, which is such a welcome relief compared to other medical offices.
