Was replacing an exterior door and found signs of termites or carpenter ants. I needed to get it treated and sealed up asap. I called and he was super understanding. Within an hour he was at the house spraying. Sometimes when a company sprays you feel as though you didn't get your monies worth. But man oh man was he thorough. I was extremely impressed with his professional attitude. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve had a problem with brown recluses in our house for years. We have had different companies come out and spray but it always lasted for a short time before we would see them everywhere again. They were the first to tell me brown recluses usually breed and live in the attic and offer a service for the attic. Finally, I have an answer to my prayers! I’m so thankful for an actual solution to the problem instead of just a bandaid. I had the pleasure of Selecia and Zachary helping me. They were extremely kind and answered all of questions and even showed me where the spiders are coming in so I can get it addressed. You really can’t put a price on good people, and the two who came out to help me were exactly that. Kind, honest, and genuinely cared about fixing the problem — they’re the kind of people every company should be proud to have.I am extremely grateful for the kindness and thoroughness of them. I am very impressed with the quality and professionalism of this company. After I had contacted the owner he had sent two gentlemen out to treat the home inside and outside the next day. Since then I've have had zero issues with the pests that were once inside the home. The owner was very knowledgeable about proper methods to eliminate these pests from the home and how to prevent future pests from making there way inside. The price for there services are very reasonable and I will continue to choose this company for any future issues that may arise.

I had the “Deluxe” package done on my home 3 weeks ago and was told multiple times that these services would completely take care of our spider problem in the house. $400 later and we still have spiders. I understand that we received the services we paid for, but the services were completely oversold and there was no apology or ownership for the poor communication. I wouldn’t recommend this company for getting rid of brown recluses due to the lack of honesty about what the services would do for our home.
