My friend needed urgent care during the last hour before closing, and the care was exceptional. The medical assistant was understanding The physician assistant, Mark Gauvin and the nurse, Jen, were professional, gracious, and took the time to answer all of our questions. When things became a bit more complicated, they truly went above and beyond. The facility itself is very clean and new. Out of respect for privacy, I won’t share details, but I highly recommend this urgent care team.

The lack of communication and empathy was unacceptable. J&Walden, NP, did not provide timely updates or follow-up, leaving me feeling ignored and anxious. The delay in communication has only added to my frustration and distress, as I am still waiting for a response the most horrible urgent care that I even been

The pcp took is time front desk was very nice e. CNA took her time all people here was caring and thanks to the pcp that saw me I was save and can honestly say she save my life made it to hospital on time thank you more places like this please

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this urgent care. It took me a little while to get in but it was well worth it. I have been trying to figure out what has been going on with me for years now. The PA insisted on running some specific tests that none of my past providers have offered me. Turns out it was exactly what I needed. I recieved almost all of my blood tests the same night as my appointment which is unheard of in most places. I was shocked when I got the notification that my results were already in. After two years I finally have more answers than all the doctors appointments I have gone to. Thank you so much for treating me with so much kindness and respect. It means the world to have a provider genuinely listen to you tell them you know something is wrong.

Dear people with tattoos, you can't act annoyed when someone thinks your tattoo means something you don't like... Honestly surprising how different the experience can be in the same "franchise", depending on the location. Super cute kids section...not that I have or want one & quick, friendly visit.
