When my check engine light came on at 37k miles the dealership was real quick to tell me my warranty was up and that’s it. I called brown’s and now only did they check my car first thing Monday morning, they were honest enough to call to say they knew it had a transmission warranty to 60k miles! Not many places would be honest enough to call to tell someone that! Next time I have an issue, they will be my first stop!

Just drove from NY to Houston in my Jeep and desperately needed brakes. After getting a few estimates, i went with Browns based on their being family owned and operated which was the right decision. They took care of my jeep and even provided service to pick up and drop. Friendly staff and fair prices. Highly recommended!

This is my first experience with this shop, and I have had a great experience. I first called a week ago to get a quote on regular scheduled transmission maintenance (fluid check) Right off the bat Tyler started asking many more detailed questions than any of the other shops I had called and I was already feeling much more reassured. I brought the vehicle in the following Monday (today) And everyone working there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They got everything taken care of in a timely manner for about half the price other shops were asking. Even the other customers waiting in the lobby were friendly, and the whole place was clean and well kept. Said they have been there for 15 years… seems like they’re doing something right and they are first place on my list for any auto mechanic needs.
