Had a great experience dining at browns with a friend for lunch , the service was amazing by the way the servers went above and beyond for our table. Had a wonderful warm welcome by the host and had an excellent server Eloise who made sure my friends allergy was completely taken care of . Food was excellent and can out quickly would highly recommend. Had wonderful cocktail recommendations by the bar tender Natasha . Over all was a very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere will be coming back again for the espresso martini !

Andrea was amazing! She checked my ID at the beginning of the meal and recognised that it was my birthday soon. At the end of the meal, unbeknownst to us, she brought over a plate with chocolate written ‘Happy Birthday’ and profiter rolls. This was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you Andrea. You were lovely throughout the meal as well - great service!

Brown’s Cardiff is a very elegant and stylish place. The brunch offer is excellent value at £17, including a juice, a hot drink, and a main dish — everything was of very good quality. The only downside is the service attentiveness. The staff were polite, but I wish they were more observant and proactive in checking on guests in case anything was needed. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting.

That was a gorgeous roast. We've had a phenomenal time - the food was incredible (especially the beef roast) and I can't fault the service at all; our waitress Isla has been extremely attentive and brought a lot of enthusiasm that really elevated this breakfast-lunch combo. Thanks to all the other staff who looked after us as well, and to Chelsea for managing such a great team.

Good dinner. Perfect service. But the noise level! A table a few meters away holding something that seemed to be a screaming competition- or they were just drunk already 18.30
