The worst scam. Charged me $150 for hydra facial and didn't provide the core function of that facial , vortex extraction. Just used normal scrub in that place. All the other steps were completely unrelated to hydra facial too. I paid $150 for something which I could have done basically at home with $20 facial kit from Amazon. Unethical and horrible experience. I was approached by the owner who was offering new service. Even after repeatedly explaining that I do not trust her expertise and she lied to me about her expertise in hydra facial, she kept on refusing to provide me a refund. She started to have a debate about the whole process rather than providing me with the resolution. Extremely unethical.

Came in as a first time client for brow threading and I was quickly serviced. It was much painless than I thought it would be but my brows ended up being much thinner than I wanted. I felt like the communication could’ve been better to get more of the results I wanted. The tail of my brows are way too thin.

I have been coming a few times over the past couple of years and normally love it but since they’ve hired new people I would not recommend going unless you go with the normal lady there. I believe her name is Sujita. I just went and was taken back by someone else and I specifically asked to only clean up my eyebrows please as I am trying to grow them out. When I looked in the mirror she had taken off a major chunk of my eyebrow and when I mentioned it she only said oh there was only a couple of thin hairs. Hopefully she doesn’t do it to more people. I attached a picture of where my eyebrow used to start and you can see how much was taken off.

EDIT: Sujita reached out to me and refunded me $15 which was the overcharge. I am hopeful for increased levels of transparency from now on! --Original review below-- love small, women owned businesses so I am really sad to write this review, but the lack of transparency around pricing left me feeling taken advantage of. I booked an eyebrow threading and hydrafacial online. When I booked it, the website told me these items together would cost $140. Fine. Sujita did my eyebrows and facial. She is very friendly and I enjoyed learning more about her and the studio. The facial consisted of cleanse, mask, and an ice cube massage. She never asked me if I wanted anything done, she just did what, I assumed, was the standard facial proceudre. The problem comes when it was time for me to pay. She tells me, "Because of the mist and ice massage, it is $50 extra." She says this very quickly and then flips to a screen that asks for a tip with only the options for 25%, 30%, and 35%. Let me be clear that at no point did Sujita ask if I wanted her to mist my face or do ice cubes. Regardless, the fact that that would be $50 extra is absurd. I only see the final amount after I pay and realize it comes out to over $200! By that point, I am flustered and leave. I hope this does not happen to any future customers.
