If there was a rating above 5 stars I would select it. Andrei is super knowledgeable, efficient and effective. He didn’t even have to visit my house to solve my issue. Given he was not readily available to travel to my location, he offered to work through things with me over the phone and was able to troubleshoot my issue over the phone. He went above and beyond and provided me all the information and knowledge I needed to solve my issue. He followed up and ensured I had solved everything. BRT Electric will be my go to company for all my electrical needs going forward! I cannot provide enough praise and appreciation for his approach and focussed customer service. Thank you!

BRT Electric is a true example of honesty, dependability, skill, and decency. We have used their services on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. The most recent experience was nothing short of miraculous. We have been trying to sell our house in Ottawa for nearly two years. We now live in BC. Following a home inspection, we were told that our well pump wasn't powering on. Andreai spent all day at the house trying to isolate the problem. After determining that the issue was not with the well pump itself, but with a loose neutral at the Hydro pole, he got us to arrange a call-out with Ottawa Hydro to fix the problem. They weren't able to attend until late last night. Andreai went to the house and waited for them to show up and convinced them there was a problem and waited for Hydro to fix it. He then made sure that our water was running again. Throughout this whole ordeal, he was supportive and communicative despite the fact that we are thousands of kilometers away. All told, Andreai probably spent 12 hours working for us to make sure our water was running for the follow up home Inspection. For all of this, what he charged us was incredibly fair. He is an extremely rare find in a world of questionable ethical practices. We encourage anyone with an electrical problem in Ottawa to contact BRT Electric. I guarantee you you will not be disappointed!

This company was wonderful to work with! They responded quickly to schedule a time to do an assessment of the work. Provided a fair quote and were able to get all the work done in one day! The team was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. The end results were exactly what I asked for. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again for all future electrical needs!

Andrei and his team were excellent. They responded to my request quickly and managed to squeeze me into their schedule in two days. They clearly communicated the scope of the work and the price. I found their prices the most reasonable of anyone I contacted. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and safely. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them in the future!
