Very disappointed with this company. I paid a deposit straight away after being told they had availability for my nephew’s party. But when I filled out the booking form, the date changed — likely due to a technical issue. They later said they couldn’t do the original date and offered to cancel. I was told I’d get a refund, but two days later they said it would only be a credit note. To make things worse, they were rude after the cancellation. They took my money and provided no service — completely unacceptable.

Highly recommended to all that has kids and young toddlers. The team that set up on the day were very friendly and efficient. On time and quick! We needed the ball pit and bouncy castle set up ASAP and they did it in the small time frame that we had. Cannot recommend this company enough and just gutted I myself didn't get to jump on the bouncy castle due to being so busy attending to my guests. All the kiddies and babies had the best time. In future will be hiring it again for sure. Thank you so much!! Loved the pink bouncy castle and ball pit

Really impressed with Bubble and Bounce! I got in touch with this company to ask for any help with our sickle cell picnic for local families and they came through with a free bubble machine, huge snakes and ladders and a ten pin bowling alley! It was fantastic and myself and the nurses are so grateful for their generosity. The children had a fabulous time using the equipment and it helped everyone to have a brilliant time! Jerome who delivered and collected was courteous, on time and was so helpful in setting up. Highly recommend this company and support local business! Thank you again Jerome and Bubble & Bounce!

Hired the bungee tug of war and assault course inflatables for my son’s end of year class party. They were very professional and arrived on time. It was a massive hit with both kids and parents. Great service from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service and a great time had by all! It was very easy to book a bouncy castle at a great price for use in our garden for my son's near-the-end-of-lockdown birthday celebrations. B&B responded helpfully to my questions and made useful suggestions for the best castle for use in the space. On the day, the setup team were very friendly and professional - they arrived on time, set up quickly and gave clear instructions. The bouncy castle itself was great and everyone had a great time!
