Daniela did an amazing job! Service was quick and they arrived on time. Cost was affordable compared to prices for other mobile groomers at the time. Would definitely recommend and will absolute book them again! My pup also came back wagging his tail, and didn’t seem anxious at all so I know he also had a good experience! 🫶
⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Terrible Experience I’m beyond upset with Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming. I told the groomer not to cut anything — and she went ahead and chopped off six inches from my Shih Tzu’s top knot and tail. Those were her signature features, and now he looks completely butchered. There was zero communication, no respect for my instructions, and no apology after ruining months (if not years) of careful grooming and growth. If you care about your pet’s appearance and want someone who actually listens, do NOT book here. This was an unforgivable mistake, and I wouldn’t trust them near my dog ever again First 4 pictures are before she went Edward Scissors Hands on my baby, last 3 are after the bad haircut. I am extremely upset
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming. I provided clear instructions and even pictures showing exactly how I wanted my dog, Wookie, to be groomed — fluffy, just like he’s always been. Unfortunately, they didn’t follow the instructions at all. Instead of trimming as requested, they used clippers and shaved him down short and uneven in several areas. His coat looks patchy and nothing like the example photos I provided. For the price and trust I placed in them, this was very upsetting and not at all what I expected. I value professionalism and attention to detail when it comes to my pet, and sadly, Buddy Mobile Pet grooming failed to deliver either. I won’t be using their services again.
Please stay away from this company if you care about your dog. I am beyond furious right now. We just had our dog groomed, he is a fluffy corgi so has long hair. Corgis are also double coated and should never be shaved. I asked to have his under carriage, butt and chest trimmed a little and said it twice to make sure and they still shaved him!! His coat is now basically destroyed and I'm just praying it grows back. I don't know what to do if it doesn't.
Naysha did an amazing job grooming my dog! She was professional, gentle, and you can tell she really cares about the pets she works with. My dog looks fantastic and was so comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend her services!
