Do NOT groom your cats with them. First off they were an hour late to the appointment, second the coworkers were arguing. But what frustrates me the most is that they cut my cat’s whiskers!!!! Anyone who owns a cat or much less works with them and grooms them should know that it’s extremely unhealthy to cut their whiskers. When I called to speak to a manager or owner I was told that they “don’t speak to customers” and that if I had a complaint I just needed to email. For your cat’s safety, choose another groomer.

This was my second bad experience with Buddy Mobile Pet Grooming, and it will absolutely be my last. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM, and they didn’t arrive until 2:20 PM—without any call, message, or apology. When the groomer finally arrived, he was clearly rushed. While I was trying to explain how I wanted my dog groomed and show reference photos, he was already walking away to start. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and it was obvious he wasn’t actually listening. They spent less than an hour grooming my dog, which already felt rushed, and the result reflected that. When they brought her back, the face and head looked nothing like what I had clearly shown and requested. This wasn’t an unrealistic request—it’s a style that has been successfully done by other grooming companies before. When I said I wasn’t happy, instead of handling it professionally, the groomer yelled to his coworker, “She said the face isn’t how she wanted it.” There was no apology, no effort to fix it, and no concern at all from the other groomer. Afterward, I called the company and spoke with Daniela. She said she would speak with the manager and call me back. When she did, I was told the only “solution” was $20 off a future grooming—which I will never use. I made it clear I would not be returning and asked if anything could be done about the $100 I had just paid for a service I did not ask for and was not satisfied with. I was told that was the only option. When I asked to speak with the manager directly, I was told—and I quote—“the manager doesn’t speak with clients.” That response alone speaks volumes. A company that delivers poor service, offers minimal resolution, and then refuses to communicate directly with customers shows a complete lack of accountability. Avoid this business if you expect professionalism, communication, or quality care for your pet.
