Jyoti is just amazing from start to finish! She was quick to respond and an effective communicator (both via email and phone call), was flexible with appointment times, kind and welcoming, efficient during a busy time of year, and produced very high quality alterations and a very reasonable price. I will definitely be going back for any alterations in the future and recommending to others! Within a week, Jyoti added a slit and hem to my dress, in perfect time for a wedding!

I had a costume top that was tight so required alteraion. Jyoti was amazing with giving options to make the top fit and look better. The turnaround was quick and pricing extremely reasonable. Highly recommend for any alterations. A very sweet and caring lady to work with.
