I had no idea how awesome this history tour would be. Smooth boat, a sharp tour guide and a good drink in hand made this into a must do for canalside visit. I will return for certain with the kids and try out a pirate adventure next. Had a great trip on the water and with the crew, a real top notch outfit and the vessels are extremely well cared for.

I go on the Spirit every year, always one of the best parts of my summer. The crew is always helpful and friendly. Everyone I bring on board always has a blast.

The Big Kahuna tiki Harbour tour is so great! Caribbean/tropical music, dancing if you like, and cocktails all while on the Harbour. If the Lake is more your speed hop on the Spirit of Buffalo this sail was amazing! Very relaxing, could see other sailboats and the sunset is amazing. Caribbean night on the Harbour queen is so great too! I love the water and live going on all these boats!! Dance the night away with a steel drum band. So much fun!! It's great to have a family owned and operated company offer their boats so everyone can enjoy the water, at such reasonable prices.

We booked the Big Kahuna Tikiboat. The Ticket Seller at the Counterdesk told us, that we will be going to the Lake Erie. The Captain of the boat unfortunately didn't go to the lake at all. He should have told this in advance instead of blaming us. This should be told at the ticket counter. We were very disappointed by this incorrect and additionally unfriendly behavior. We booked the boat because of the lake Erie. After the tour we talked to the ticket seller at the sales point, but she ignored us, too. Sorry, but we can't recommend that company!

Wanted to go on the Lake Erie, ended up on the buffalo river, where you can only see old, industrial building…. (The boat was a ticki boat. )They told us, that the captain sales wherever he wants and that the water was to rough. Later we saw boats going in that direction. The music was fun in the beginning, but after 1 hour it was really annoying… in the end: We asked the person at the counter, why the didn’t told us, that it was not going in that direction. No apology, no service, no discount… there are many alternatives.
