Great experience, they seemed to have really changed their service attitudes and check in ease for selling items. Before some of the buyers weren't very friendly and somewhat rude. The staff greeted all customers as they walked in and were very pleasant.

It was a long way to the store. I called to confirm there isn’t a long wait time, so I joined the waitlist when I’m about to arrive, only then received the notification to bring an ID. When I was on the sign up page there is no mention of bringing an ID. I asked at the counter to see if I can show a digital ID, they refused to see it. I then asked if they can take a rough look at my stuff so I’ll know if it’s worth returning with an ID or not. They refused to do so either. Well, your loss Buffalo

Meh.. this used to be my go-to for certain things. But as it stands they either aren't being offered good merchandise or because they pay so low, people don't want to sell interest items there anymore. There was a cool crew there some months ago that all seem to have left. Oh well.

I like this location a lot because it's so central to so many other great shops and food spots in the mission and it is on the lower end so it feels a little more like a calmer energy. You can slow down and take your time, they have such a variety of fashionable pieces and I guarantee you will find at least one thing that you can walk out happy with. Even if it's just a perfect fitting pair of jeans or earrings in the shape of a charcuterie board.

Love buffalo exchange for thrifting! This location is the one where I usually find the most plus size accesible clothing. Definitely more organized than most too!
