Efficient buyers and friendly team! Also, great selection of both men’s and women’s clothing. I make the drive out to this location from Long Beach because the team is so great. Highly recommend.

First off, everything inside is extremely overpriced, way higher than what you'd expect, even for a resale store. What really bothered me was the sign outside advertising " 75% off sale" When I went in, it turned out to be one tiny rack with barely any items on it, which felt really misleading. On top of that, no one even greeted us when we walked in. Basic customer service goes a long way, and it just felt unwelcoming from the start. Between the prices, the misleading sale sign, and the lack of customer service, I won’t be coming back.

For the love of God, please buy a roll of wax paper and and rub it against the clothes racks 😞 This store is a sensory nightmare with the constant high pitched squeaking and claustrophobic feeling that comes with the floor set up. Nothing is necessarily wrong with the staff, but whoever has the power to do these simple things to enhance the store shopping experience, I implore you to do so.

Not a bad place to browse if you lack experience in secondhand shopping. Consignment stores are curated to appease people who want to reap the benefits of thrifting finer stuff without putting in the effort to look for them. Their selections are decent and most are priced okay, but it really makes you wonder how badly of a deal those previous sellers have gotten… we’re talking about GENUINE leather trench coats, bags, genuine fur hats, etc. all could be sold independently on a selling platform for more than what these stores offer. 🤔 I pointed this out because these sellers at BE are getting way too pretentious with their buys now. I brought in some vintage AnF stuff that usually sell for okay price online (since y2k styles are trendy), but they took NOTHING from the selection. The seller also barely even looked at any of the clothes and just pulled them out and folded them up immediately after. They look for organic materials like silk and cotton, but I wonder who in their right mind would even sell stuff worth anything valuable for literal pocket change to these shops? That’s wild. Well, these shops are great for suckers who don’t know the value of their items. I just took my clothes and donated them to the thrift store down the road. Hopefully that shop will make some decent money from the items.

Just went to this location to sell some clothes. Theres a be at parking lot and if you sign up on their waitlist the process is super fast and everyone there was very nice, they just ask for your ID and they’ll let you know what they’re taking versus not taking and why. Overall great customer experience however if you are selling your clothes be prepared to get way less than retail price. They took two of my items, a great quality pair of Everlane jeans and a like new pair of custom converse for a measly $14.50 in cash. I originally bought these items secondhand for at least $40 each so not even making $15 for both is a gut punch. They will not take anything that isn’t in perfect condition and I don’t recommend selling here if you expect to make back a fraction of what you originally paid for an item. No hate to them just want people to know what they are signing up for when you sell here, do not except to make alot of money.
