I called Buffalo Exterminators after discovering a bed bug infestation in our home, frantic and completely naive to how to handle it, and not only did their calm and confident demeanor help me calm down and orient myself, they were able to schedule a service DAY OF. This was a running theme with all related services on other days too, they’re extremely flexible and available. Every employee that came for a service was very cool, helpful, and communicative, and I felt like I could trust them to do the job and I was right. The owner of the business was the same way and quite involved in the process as well, which I respect a lot. He was the one I mostly spoke to on the phone, encouraging us to ask questions and then answering each one thoroughly and genuinely. As much as I hope to never have to call them again, if the day were to come I would definitely be returning as a customer.

Nest was in my eves and Joshua was wonderful! The nest was on both sides and he was very thorough, professional and right on time. I highly recommend this company!

Timothy did an amazing job and put in extra effort to remove and treat a large yellow jacket nest from our garage rafters. In addition to responding on short notice and on a Saturday, Timothy arrived on time and was courteous and extremely thorough. We would highly recommend and use Buffalo Exterminating in the future.
