Such a wonderful experience. A perfect girls night with massages, facials, treatments that were each exceptional. The team is so knowledgeable and so professional!!! Can’t wait to get back there!!

The sauna is phenomenal. It helps me a ton with my stomach problems. I struggled w/ constipation issues for a long time. I saw a GI doctor and the recommendations she gave me weren’t that helpful. The sauna is more effective. I’m not a doctor so I can’t guarantee everyone will get the same results. My skin looks different after getting out of the sauna. It looks clearer and healthier.

I’ve been getting massaged for at least 20 years but this was my first visit to Buffalo Holistic. I had 2 hours scheduled with Allison. The place is very nice inside and out, very clean and everyone was friendly. The massage was absolutely amazing and may very well be the best I’ve ever had. I left feeling rejuvenated and still felt great the next day. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend.

Kelly did a wonderful job in helping me get relief from the many areas of stress. She was a great pleasure to work with, checking with the pressure and or techniques she was Appling to help get me relief. looking forward to the next upcoming visit. All the staff I've experienced over the years are professionals and i highly recommend any of them.

Was easy to book online. I went to the niagra falls blvd location. I had Jean do my massage. It was lovely. My first massage ever and I felt so relaxed afterwards. I'm dealing with a pain issue and she was sensitive to that. I will definitely be back!
