Sketchy business practices. I took my lawnmower to the shop and missed a week so called this company. You have to sign up for a minimum of three mowing sessions at $74 each. They came and mowed the front and back and charged us an extra fee of $40 for the grass being too long and them “having to take more time.” Excuse me? They were here a total of 20 minutes, and even though they took more time, they left uneven patches all over the yard. An extra week of growth is 40% more? We were not told up front, not even told about it when they were here. I’d rather hire a neighborhood kid and pay him double that price, just so I know the money is going to someone more mature and actual values. Edit: They did refund us the extra $40 AFTER I posted this review. They also badgered us and kept calling, trying to push the blame to those mowing vs the office for the “extra” charge. They kept calling and were pushing us to change our review. I would be very skeptical of any “positive review” they have on here - there’s a good chance they forced or strong armed that “positive” review.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received from this lawn company. We are on a weekly schedule, yet my front yard went uncut for about two weeks while they continued to mow only the backyard. There was no communication, no explanation, and no notice about why the front yard was being skipped. Despite that, they still charged me for a full service as if everything had been done. When I reached out about it, I was told they “came back to cut it,” on their weekly schedule .I also mentioned that I never received any credit for the missed work, but nothing was ever resolved. On top of that, during one of their visits, they broke one of my AC wires — causing even more inconvenience for me to fix. This experience has been completely unprofessional and disappointing. If I’m paying for weekly service, I expect consistency, honesty, and care — not excuses and damage to my property. I will not be continuing with this company and do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable or trustworthy lawn care.

Carl came out today and did an amazing job on my lawn! I can’t thank the crew at Buffalo outdoors enough they service all my families properties and we love them!

Treavor did an outstanding job on my lawn. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable about the best treatments for my yard. My grass looks healthier and greener, and the weeds are under control. I truly appreciate the quality of his work and the pride he takes in it. I highly recommend Treavor for anyone looking for reliable and effective lawn care services.

Have been with the company for a while, and they have been amazing! I had a hard time finding a consistent company that comes when they say they are coming, but Buffalo Outdoor is always on top of it, and if there is rain or a holiday, there is clear communication about when the reschedule will be. The crew that cuts my grass does an amazing job every week. I am super happy with this company!
