i'm absolutely totally 100% uncomfortable and anything that has to do with Physical therapy and what I need to help my body stay healthy. It's all very, very Difficult to me and I always felt like out of place but… This particular place in my physical therapist, matt are absolutely fantastic. Make me comfortable and I am encouraged to go more and more. And thanks To match and the others at hurdle and Parkside, I have avoided having to have surgeries and I've had a lot of help getting back from health issues so I have this past year. Trust me, I've gone through two other places before I found this and I'm very very grateful!

BRG is an amazing place for PT. The therapists are personable and the atmosphere is excellent! Matt Profeta is the best of the best! He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough with his lessons! I thought I would never regain full mobility of my shoulder and with him I have come a very long way in less than 2 months! I have complete faith that I will be fully recovered because of Matt! He is truly the definition of excellence! Thank you!!

For as long as I can remember I had been struggling with my hip mobility. I was worried it would be like that forever (or get worse), and in less than 6 months of working with Matt Profeta my symptoms, which ended up being FAI, have completely disappeared. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, validating and enjoyable to work with. He always took the time to explain everything so that I understood the reasoning behind what we were doing, and was quick to answer any questions I had thru the app. I feel very fortunate to have had such an awesome PT. Although I can only speak on my experience with Matt- Everyone working at this location is super welcoming and caring- and I have no doubt that they are all great to work with. The Hertel location was recommended to me by a friend who also had an amazing experience, so I know others feel the same! Thank you to Matt and BRG for improving my quality of life :) I am very grateful

My 4 month rehab here following a broken arm was quite possibly the best medical service I have ever received in my entire life. Tom and Matt were incredibly supportive and they structured my treatment to my specific needs. I genuinely don't think my recovery would be where it is now if I went anywhere else. 10/10 experience at Buffalo Rehab Group! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. My physical therapist, Matthew Profeta, has been outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. I especially appreciated that during my first visit, they used a specialized tool to measure and quantify the limitations in my shoulder. Matt explained everything clearly and used great analogies that made the process easy to understand. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, which makes for a really comfortable experience. I also love that they use an app to communicate and track progress—it’s super convenient and makes it easy to stay on top of my home exercises, which they load right into the app for me. I had gone to another facility prior to BRG, and it didn’t come close to providing the level of knowledge and care that Matt and the team here offer. Their expertise is truly incredible. If you want to heal quickly and properly, don’t waste time—reach out and get an appointment here. You’ll be so glad you did!
