The individual that is supposed to be handling our personal and business taxes has been non responsive to our phone calls, messages, emails etc for months! I have even left a message on the whatsapp app that your business now offers, also booked an online meeting and waited 30 mins until it kicked me out because he never showed up. I sent an email to the general email also months ago hoping to get a response and NOTHING! We have been with them for the past couple years and each year communicaton gets worse and worse. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but now there is absolutely NO communication and they still have all our tax paperwork from 2025 that was supposed to be filed but most likely wasn't. If we are penalized from the IRS they should be responsible because of their lack of responsibility and reliability. I will never recommend this place to anyone. We just want our paperwork back but how when there is NO communication or responsibility on anyone's part! WOW!! Instead of taking responsibility your response is there are no records and maybe the comment is meant for another business! Unbelievable, my comment is meant for this business and we are clients of Joe Winters. I have proof which i am willing to show you, how many times are we supposed to call the office and leave messages? We have been calling the office and also sent an email from the email address on your website and never get any responses also the online meeting was today with Joe who never attended. We have no reason to make up reviews, we just want our paperwork so we can go elsewhere and put this behind us.

Very nice individual but not responsive, possibly due to overload and I unfortunately paid for services in advance that I didn't receive. After a year I am needing to pay someone else to reconcile my Quickbooks accounts which was supposed to be done monthly. None was done unfortunately. Never received the support/training or monthly reports so I can submit to the board. Extremely disappointed. As a small business owner and new start up I relied on this company to be a sound support to ensure my financials were handled monthly. Came highly recommended.

Exceptionally organized. Their tax organizer made it simple to get information to them. I sent my information late, but they were still able to get me filed timely. Highly recommend.

They are amazing, professional and very quick to respond. I worked with Ms Bauch, she helped me by going extra mile and I was super impressed as with other services I found people were very late to respond. Also the charges are very affordable. 100 percent recommended if you want no problems in your tax returns.
