Brilliant job and price. I went with the termite bait stations for my property. These are environmentally friendlier than liquid treatments and I wanted to protect the other insects, especially bees. And of course my beautiful dog (who eats the grass). Highly recommend this company.

Paid $4,445 for bird-proofing, but pigeons are still entering the roof. Netting installed does not prevent birds from getting in. Quality and effectiveness of the treatment is evident from the pictures. (Did I mention it cost me $4.5K?) Follow up Credit where credit is due: the team returned promptly and completed the work. The pigeons are gone, and the holes in the wire mesh were mostly patched using additional mesh and cable ties (see photos). I was told this meets “industry standards.” My concern is simple: for the price charged, the finished result looks crude and patchy and raises serious questions about value and effectiveness. This is plainly visible in the photos. When I queried this, my concerns were not addressed. Instead, I received a formal, legalistic response focusing on the fixed-price quote, without explaining how this outcome represents professional bird-proofing or what “industry standards” actually mean. I paid upfront in good faith. The quote did not explain what the completed work would look like. I’m posting this review, with photos, so future customers can decide before paying whether this meets their expectations.

I found this company after I was browsing the reviews of different pest control companies after recently discovering termite tracks in my home. Jeanette was the first person that I came in contact with. She is a lovely lady who helped me organise a technician very quickly. Derryn and Dwayne were the exterminators who came to my house and helped me with the termite extermination and prevention. They were very efficient, helpful and professional in their work, and I felt worry-free when they came to perform the jobs at my house. They also went above and beyond by providing me with further information about termite prevention in the future. I am very thankful towards the team at Bug Busters for their 5-star service.
