This is the 1st time I felt unsatisfied with the work itself. Great staff, on time but I feel the work needed was not accomplished. After 3-4 Years with bug busters thinking about looking at other options as only the bottom was sprayed not my overall area like it has always been sprayed. I see no point on spraying only the bottom as the bugs can crawl upwards for safety. Just my honest opinion.Heading to WalMart later today to do a second spray myself for $10 when I paid $95 a week ago. Maybe I should stick to doing the work myself and saving $80+. TY

I always ask for Victor at Bug Busters to spray the yard quarterly as he does a real good job, answers questions & advices on any issues I have. Been a customer for several years now. This time had an issue with a large number of harvester/ leaf cutter ants. Unfortunately the nest went over onto the neighbors easement property but let Victor spray what he could from the wall & gave our wall a good dose to prevent those pests from coming over. Great service.
