I came to Bulletproof PT to see Dr. Haley Work for pelvic floor issues. I struggled a lot with leakage during strength training, Pilates, and just everyday tasks. I felt very frustrated because it held me back from fully pushing myself, especially with strength training, core work, and higher intensity movements. I knew I had to get this taken care of now before starting a family and so I can optimize my full potential. I chose Bulletproof PT because of their individualized, whole body approach. Unlike others I'd seen, they don't just focus on kegels(nothing wrong with them) but Dr. Haley looked at how my breathing, core, and movement patterns were affecting my pelvic floor. The environment was supportive, professional and made it easy to talk about something that can feel uncomfortable. My results have been incredible. A complete 360 from when I first began. I'm back to strength training and doing Pilates without leaking or fear, and I feel stronger and more confident in my workouts. Dr. Haley helped me return to training safely and sustainably. I truly can't thank her enough and Bulletproof PT. Truly so thankful and I'm excited to keep going for maintenance and continue to build strength in other areas in my body.
This place is truly amazing. I walked in with a chronic hip, glute, and lower back situation after two pregnancies—plus years of biking with poor posture. It was painful to just remain seated on flat surfaces, not to mention standing up. As a highly motivated, active person, it was incredibly frustrating. I found Bulletproof while researching dry needling, and wow—what a difference. Not only was the dry needling incredibly effective, but the accuracy of the diagnosis was spot on. Period. Once that clicked, everything else finally made sense. Beyond the results, the care here is exceptional. My therapist, Dr Marcus Ripley, is warm, deeply dedicated, and will spend a full hour with you every single visit. He tailors exercises at each session and is always responsive—replying to every question I have, by email between appointments. Since my insurance doesn’t cover any PT I cannot go as often as I would like… but the good news is that they see you every two weeks and they send you home with all the exercises you need to do on your own, and the improvements are undeniable. I’m still recovering, but on the right track. I trust them every step of the way. Honestly, it’s a no-brainer. Don’t waste your money elsewhere!
I can't say enough positive things about Bulletproof PT. During the last few months of my Ironman triathlon season, I started to develop "shin splints" and some issues leading into my ankles, probably due to the heavy weekly running and cycling mileage. I'd say if it wasn't for the guys (Marcus & Tyler) at Bulletproof, I wouldn't have been able to finish my season injury free. Bulletproof isn't your standard PT practice – Instead of having to come in multiple times a week like a normal facility, I was able to see significant progress by coming in once every two weeks. The cost of a session included dry needling/massage/whatever treatment you need/etc. and a custom set of workouts for you to continue to do at home/at the gym – A huge perk is they don't "nickel-and-dime" you like most other clinics for services; there are no unexpected charges or "add on costs." A set of pretty detailed videos is sent for your 'homework,' and that's helpful for reminding yourself about form. While I think many would benefit from Bulletproof, the exercises and structure of the program work very well for busy athletes who can simply and consistently add the exercises into their regular strength training. Tyler and Marcus have a good understanding of what endurance athletes do training wise, and thus are able to better diagnose and predict my issues better than other places I've been to. A lot of the work is preventive, which is the key to staying injury free. Again, thank you to everyone at Bulletproof for the help and support this season – Couldn't have finished the season strong without y'all. I'd give my strongest recommendation to Bulletproof - Tyler (the owner) is a sincere and honest guy, and all of the clinicians are very skilled at what they do. Give him a call if you have any questions.
Cannot recommend Bulletproof Physical Therapy highly enough! I came to Bulletproof with a leg imbalance that was causing persistent hip pain and keeping me from training effectively for my triathlon. I’ve tried physical therapy in the past, but that experience always felt dull and uninspired — tedious exercises, a clinical atmosphere, and a bar for “returning to activity” that never matched what I actually needed as an athlete. Bulletproof could not be more different! I chose Bulletproof because their entire philosophy is geared toward athletes and helping people return to full sports/fitness performance, not just basic functionality. They take a holistic approach that incorporates a wide range of creative, purposeful exercises to strengthen supporting muscles, improve stability, and help prevent future injury. My physical therapist, Dr. Haley Work, was constantly refreshing my routine with new ideas, and her live demos and online videos made it easy to learn and continue the movements at home. And the atmosphere is a whole vibe — the music, the camaraderie, and the energy in the room was always on point. Most importantly, the results: Bulletproof got me back on track and across the finish line of my first triathlon, and I was able to complete the run with zero hip pain. Now I’m feeling stronger than ever and ready to crush new goals. If you want a PT team that truly understands athletes and sets the highest bar for recovery and performance, Bulletproof PT — and Dr. Haley Work — are absolutely unmatched and totally worth the investment in your health. Highly recommend!
I had a car accident in May 2025, which left me with significant deep muscle pain, especially in my back, hips, and shoulders. The injury made everyday tasks like getting in and out of bed impossible without severe discomfort. After doing some research and reading reviews, I chose Bulletproof PT, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with their professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere. My physical therapist, Dr. Haley, was absolutely amazing. She took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and identified a targeted treatment plan that was tailored specifically to my needs. She worked with me one-on-one during each session, which made me feel truly cared for and supported throughout my recovery. I also really appreciated that Bulletproof PT provided video tutorials to help me continue my workouts at home. It made a huge difference in keeping up with my progress between appointments, and I could follow along at my own pace, which was incredibly helpful. Bulletproof PT’s approach was focused on long-term healing and strengthening. Dr. Haley made sure to address the root cause of my pain, and I felt like we were making real progress after every session. Thanks to their expert care, I’m now able to return to my activities going for walks and even lifting some weights. I’m so grateful for the personalized care I received at Bulletproof PT – it truly made all the difference in my recovery.
