We found Oak Forest after losing our beloved doctor, and I’m so thankful we did. It’s close to our home and an incredibly well-organized practice. I had hoped to find one doctor for all our pets, but after seeing multiple doctors here, we love every single one of them — so now we just book with whoever is available! It’s an all-female practice, which I love as a fellow female business owner. I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. The prices are fair, the service is exceptional, and the love and care our babies receive is second to none. Oak Forest is simply wonderful.

Dr. Lane and the staff at Oak Foest Veterinary Hospital are awesome! Dr. Lane has been our Beagles' doctor since Snoopdogg was around 4 months old. Dr. Lane has exceptional bedside manner and every staff member we've encountered here has treated both our pets with love and care. I highly recommend bringing your family member here if you are looking for quality, trusted care.

Brought my son-cat, Sullivan, here to treat a rodent ulcer. He needed several in-person treatments so I had many interactions with the staff in person and over the phone and they are all so kind. Very caring, personable, and professional staff! We have lived in the area only a short time. Unfortunately our past vet was too far of a drive but it was a blessing in disguise because Oak Forest is the best! I am delighted to find such a wonderful vet so close home. I cannot recommend them enough! Sullivan loves Dr. Schaack!

This review is long overdue, as I have been going to Oak Forest Vet Hospital since I moved back from Austin 5 years ago. In the entire time I have been taking my pets there, the staff and veterinarians have been both personable and professional.They will be upfront about any issues your animal might be having, but don't ever push unnecessary procedures just for the sake of it. The front office staff is always happy to see your animals when you come in. Along with the amazing staff, the pricing of services at OFVH have been a relief the entire time I have been going there. At my previous vet the cost for basic vaccinations and exams was a gut punch to my wallet every time, yet even when I have a laundry list of items to take care of now the final cost at checkout is always more than reasonable. Thanks again to all the staff at Oak Forest Veterinary Hospital for all you do. Keep up the good work!
