I had a wonderful experience with Bulow. I entrusted them with a very precious ring which belonged to my late grandmother, and they did a fantastic job. They were prompt, communicative, and gave me back an even more beautiful ring. I will definitely be using them again as my jeweler.

What a awesome store and watchmaker, Jeff Miller. He worked on my vintage 1960’s Rolex watch, replacing the crystal..what struck me in addition to his expertise, was his super personality and “bedside” manner as he patiently answered all my questions via email and in person. I would not hesitate to have him work on any watch again…and highly recommend him. In addition, the staff at the store were also very courteous.. On a side note: I had never been to this building in downtown Denver, and as they let me use the restroom there , that in itself was a great experience lol..it reminded me of the restroom “Louie’s in “The Godfather” where Michael had the meeting with Sollozo and Captain McClusky ..an added bonus to discovering this great business!

Would HIGHLY recommend Bulow Jewelers for your engagement ring needs! Avi is outstanding and crafted an incredible ring. I could not be more pleased with the entire process. I was never pressured or upsold at any point, the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere matched the quality of the ring. They’ve got my business for as long as we remain in Colorado!

They get 5 stars for multiple reasons, but the main reason is because they truly provided a 5 star experience. Serena helped my fiance and I curate my dream ring, and I was SO excited to get it. When I received, I wasn't satisfied with the finished product and as someone who does not like confrontation, I was anxious bringing it to Serena's attention. But I am so happy I did. She did absolutely everything in her power to make things right- and that to me is what earned them 5 stars. How a business handles an issue really shows a lot about their values and ethics. While I will admit I carried some frustration with having to wait longer (who doesn't love instant gratification) I was ultimately incredibly happy at the end of it. I have a beautiful ring and I have found a place to recommend to anyone I know going ring shopping. P.S. Serena is an incredible jewelry consultant and she made ring shopping fun and I really appreciated all of her communication and patience. She's the best!
