Rafael S. did an excellent job. Very pleased with his professionalism and courtesy. He did the inside and outside of my house and also the garage. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He put sticky traps in the garage as well and placed new bait in the outside rodent boxes. No mice inside since starting the rodent control. Thank you Rafael for a job well done and thank you Bukwark for the great training of your technicians.

I have been very satisfied with the services provided. We are not from this area/climate and were quite surprised with the amount of creepy crawly things that were coming into the house and found a pest control company. Not only do they take care the property throughout the year but if I see an uptick in anything they come on request. I have had excellent interactions with all the pest control technicians and recently had a last minute wasp problem that Austin J. very easily and professionally took care of. Their services keep the crawly things at bay and has made a significant difference since we moved into our house.

I've had positive and negative experiences with Bulwark in the past when I used them about 5-8 yrs ago, but my current tech Breanna made all the difference this go-around in me giving a highly positive review for her service level, friendliness and overall helpfulness. She is a wonderful person and takes her job seriously. She listens well and attended to all of my concerns. She is a real valuable employee for Bulwark. Austin has been treating our house since we moved in and he has been great! Any issue we have had he has taken care of after the first treatment. He is polite, courteous, and respectful. He also always makes sure to let us know if there is anything else he can do and if we have any additional issues or reoccurring ones, to just let him know. We always Austin will let us know what he is doing and how the service he is providing will help. I would recommend Austin to anyone!
