Absolutely loved getting my nails done at the shop. The atmosphere is breathtaking from the wall art by John to the decorations. They were super detailed respectful will definitely be back again. Highly recommend going to this place. They even give you a complementary drink which was really different and really made me feel fancy . I also recommend you request Bella and or John for nail techs! Bella was sweet and kind and went above and beyond on my pedicure! The cleanliness was top notch and the customer service was perfect. Everyone was very nice and welcoming and pricing well worth it.

Omg when I tell you I had the best time Andy and Bella really took care of me. I am normally an Ambiance girl but needed something better and Burberry did not disappoint. I got the VIP BURBERRY SPA PEDICURE and it was so relaxing Eddie gave me a great experiences did my feet exactly like I like. I was very happy at the selection of polishes they had my normal Glitter colors. The chairs are the best chairs in the whole city! It scans your back and give you the massage you deserve. I can’t believe I’m just now finding this place. The steam and orange peel massage, oh and did I mention then have heated toilet seats! They did my gel X nails exactly like I asked and even accommodated the design. I’ll definitely be back very very soon!

This place is the best hidden gem in Cincinnati! The staff is so friendly, accommodating and everyone is so talented! John is my go-to guy! He does amazing work, has attention to detail and is wonderful to work with! Their pedicure chairs are amazing- like a complete day at the spa! 1000/10 recommend this salon! Photos of my last 2 sets

Tom did the green Christmas nails. So patient and kind! Very talented!! Will did my nails and was so nice! They turned out perfect. Their drinks are delicious, very clean place, lots of colors to choose from and the nail techs are very talented! Also got a lip wax and she did great!

First time getting my nails done here. Staff is super friendly, and they treated me as if I was a VIP guest. I received a complimentary drink and free gift bag with nail oil, a keychain, and a hand cream! The place is clean, tools are sanitized single use, and there are a TON of colors to choose from. Parking was very easy. They also have the cutest little pedicure chair's for kids. 10/10 would recommend.
