This studio is one of my happy places! I’ve never felt comfortable at traditional yoga studios. AlisaMarie’s style of constant movement mixed with kick ass music is everything my body needs to lean in and really center myself and clear my mind. If you are looking for a space to become stronger in both body and spirit, Burn and Bloom is that space.

Took off a star bc I personally do not love my yoga practice when packed into a room so close to other people, but the vibe and energy of this business was so cool & thoughtful otherwise I didn’t mind much. There is so much to love here. I appreciated the drop in class sliding scale for cost.

Had an excellent first class at this studio with Amanda H.’s Monday afternoon Pilates Foundations class! She was very welcoming, the studio was so cute, the class and pacing and cues were all very well executed and easy to follow while still feeling like I connected to my body. I’m only in Anchorage for another week but I definitely am already looking forward to returning!
