I’ve been at Burn Boot Camp Cedar Park for the past three months as both a trainer and an active member, and it’s easily one of the best fitness communities I’ve been part of. The workouts are challenging, well-programmed, and never boring. The MetCon and ACON days are intense and push you past your comfort zone while still being scalable for all fitness levels. Every camp is structured, efficient, and designed to help you build strength, conditioning, and confidence. What truly makes this gym stand out is the coaching staff and management. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and focused on proper form and results. The staff creates an environment where people feel supported, encouraged, and welcomed from day one. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! I can’t say enough good things about Burn Cedar Park. From the ownership to the child watch staff, everyone is always genuinely happy to see you. This environment makes coming to the gym on the hard days, easy. If I’m having a hard personal day, I WANT to come to the gym because I know the high fives are coming and that the environment will be uplifting and positive. I love that it’s a full family gym, my husband, my mom, and I can all work out, while my kids are having a blast in childwatch. The trainers modify exercises to challenge you no matter your fitness level! The workouts are a great mix of heavy lifting and cardio days - I’m lifting heavier and jumping higher than ever before! After 2 kids - I never thought my body would be doing the things it can do thanks to Burn! I lost over 50 pounds in 1 year, and gained so much confidence! 🔥 I love being in this community!
Burn Boot Camp is so much more than a gym it’s a community that truly changed my life. From day one, I felt supported, encouraged, and challenged in the best way. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GYM! I am an Army Veteran, mother of 3, and a wife and this is my sanctuary! There’s COMPLIMENTARY childcare for your kids (even if you bring all 3 of them), multiple camp times from 445am- 630 pm, (Saturday is 8 or 9 only) and yoga on Sundays! If it weren’t for burn, I’d still be 285 pounds! Can’t recommend this place, their trainers, or the beautiful family that comes with the community, enough.
