Honestly, I really really needed direction and help to get me on the right track for my fitness journey. I have done about 80 camps so far and I can already do things I was just unable to do before joining this gym. I can jump finally, it’s been 10 years since I ran and just last week ran my first three miles, and even though some of the camps push my knees, I have had significantly less knee pain. Lastly, as a single mom joining a gym with childcare has been a blessing. If you need that push, change, or just some help with your fitness journey, this is the place to come. All of the trainers are kind and knowledgeable, and even though everyone is at a different level physically the encouragement from everyone brings a certain peace to the environment.
After recently moving to Dallas area I started at burn with my son and we have made so many friends and even found a babysitter through the childcare program! The workouts are amazing and science backed and I have gotten so much stronger. The coaches and staff are so nice and supportive! Overall I love it and couldn’t be happier that we found this community!
I have had the best experience at Burn Boot Camp. Over the last 18 months, my strength and overall knowledge of strength training have increased tremendously. Absolutely love this place! I’ve tried many boot camps, gyms, and studios, and this has been my favorite by far. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. It took me a little while to get started with a three-year-old and a baby, but they were so supportive, constantly checking in and making me feel comfortable coming back. The trainers push you in the best way, know your name from day one, and truly care. One of my favorite things is how they’ll stay right by you to help you finish a set when you feel like you can’t. They celebrate wins big and small—whether it’s hitting a new goal or just showing up—and that sense of community is incredible. If you’ve never worked out before, I promise you can do this. They meet you where you are and help you build from there. I’m so proud of myself for starting, and I couldn’t recommend this place more.
The staff is friendly & individually challenges every member in a kind way! The workouts are always incorporating new exercises so it feels different each class. Burn is excellent at building community and truly bettering each and every member!!!
