From booking the service to the pick up to the installation of all my belongings in my new place this experience was above and beyond all my expectations. You could not ask for a more professional, personal, and respectful experience. 12/10. Also important to note that the staff mostly work for tips and as the rates are lower than other companies, I was more than happy to offer a generous tip to the individuals who helped me move. I was pretty stressed about the whole thing and as soon as I saw how awesome they were all my anxiety evaporated. 100% recommend.

We worked with bust a move 3 times. The first two times were great. The last time was a flaming dumpster fire. They lost some of our valuables, sent some stuff to the wrong city, and took ZERO responsibility. To call it a dispointment would be an understatement. Our family was super upset, and then their insurance compamy wouldn't support without countless materials that were not possible to produce. I would NEVER work with them again. I'm actually quite sorry to write this, but wow. what a terrible experience. DO NOT USE

I have moved twice with Bust A Move and my experience with them has been nothing but professional and exceptional. From the ease of getting a quote to the kind reminders to the very courteous and kind movers themselves to the after experience, I can say with full certainty that I've never had a more pleasant or stress free move (as stress free as moving goes of course) than when working with Bust A Move. I'm in no rush to move again but you can bet if I had to it would be with them 100%!!! A huge shout out to Chris and Emrah who upon moving day were so so courteous and moved so efficiently! Highly highly recommended!!
