Butler is by far my favorite rental place in town!! As someone who personally hosts multiple events as well as owns an event planning company, trust me when I say they are the best. Their customer service and expertise on items and set up is top notch! I am a forever customer at BSE!

Their fees are ridiculous. I went into the store because no one responded to my quote request. I picked my items and received a quote with fees up the wazoo! They quoted me about $2k in fees alone for 12 tables and 122 chairs to be delivered to Kingsville. I called a company in the valley and got everything and more for a fraction of what Butler wanted. The company I went with was very responsive. Butler is not worth the price or hassle.

Butler signature is the only place to go. If you want a beautiful wedding they are the ones, they were spot on with delivering and picking up and the variety of options they have in their show room is incredible. I will always recommend them because of their selections, the professionalism, and they were very cost-effective.

Our experience using Butler was unsatisfactory. They were very accommodating when we first placed the order, but their execution was poor. Equipment was not delivered when they said it would be there. The chairs (white) were very dirty. We had to clean them. Once contacted all they could say, "we're sorry." Staff definitely needs customer service training!
