I came here for a creative photoshoot and my experience was truly 10/10. The entire environment felt so welcoming and warm from the moment I walked in. Joyce was incredibly easygoing and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a positive, friendly atmosphere with amazing shots, this is 100% the place for you.

Butter Studio is the best place to get headshots in all of Boston! Joyce is so incredibly kind and great at responding. She was super flexible and provided easy instructions on how to find the studio. The space is absolutely breathtaking. Such a cozy and inviting environment that makes you feel instantly welcomed. There were different top options you could try on and wear (blazers etc) and a vanity desk with makeup to do any touchups. The shoot itself was really fun and you get to work together to pick your perfect photos! Turnaround time for edited pictures was so fast, which is great when doing a last minute project. I had a few specific spots I wanted edited out and she removed them flawlessly. I could not recommend this place enough to everyone I know! At such a great price, it was truly the most perfect experience!

THE BEST PHOTO STUDIO!! Joyce not only took the most beautiful photos, but gave me direction on posing and made me feel so comfortable. The studio is gorgeous and so aesthetic- from the furniture to the makeup for touch ups, she had everything for an amazing photo shoot. I am planning on coming back this year because the experience was just so fun and the photos were the best I’ve ever received!
