She did such a good job. She was professional, but not intimidating. Very easy to talk to and her instructions for aftercare were very clear! It was my first time, and was not left disappointed! Definitely will go back for my follow ups!

Juanita was so personable and made me so comfortable right away. I have some wild brows, so I really appreciated that she took the time to listen to what I wanted and executed it very nicely. Even when I asked her to take more off, she didn’t hesitate to hear me out and do what I thought was best for my face. I wake up feeling more prepared for the day because my brows are done. Juanita is great and I know I can trust her with whatever my brows will look like!

2ND VISIT, Love Juanita even more! I am a chubby, MATURE woman. A few YEARS ago I had a humiliating experience with a younger girl, during a brazilian appointment, it left me so embarrassed and uncomfortable that I never scheduled another appointment for nearly 5 years. Over the last couple years I started researching other salons, hoping to find one with a review like I am now writing...the reviews I read about Juanita did give me the courage to try her salon. This is my lady! I am so grateful to have found Juanita: kind, compassionate, clean, professional and prompt.

I have gone to Juanita (owner) several times for waxing. Juanita has great attention to detail. I greatly appreciate that she made me feel extremely comfortable. She was excellent at communicating and answered any questions that I had. I will continue to receive waxing services from Butterfly Wax and Beauty.
